General:
- All of the jewelry I make is hand carved and polished. Because I'm not a machine, there will be some fluctuation in the jewelry, which can result in things being slightly smaller or larger than the exact measurement for a size. My tolerance rests at about +/- 0.5mm on any piece of jewelry no matter the size, shape, or material.
- Requests to hold pre-made pieces will only be honored if a deposit is made to secure the pieces until remaining payment can be made.
Custom Ordering Policies:
- If you need to make an adjustment to your order in size, shape, or material, you must notify me within 7-10 days. Once I've started carving the piece, you can no longer change your order.
- Custom orders have an approximate wait time of 3-6 weeks. If you require your jewelry to be ready by a certain date, please plan ahead and inform me of any deadlines you wish to meet.
- Custom orders must be purchased within 30 days of their production. If you cannot purchase them within this time frame, you must notify me before the 30 days has lapsed or your jewelry will be released for sale to others on the site.
Shipping:
- All orders mailed within the United States are shipped USPS Priority Flat Rate with Delivery Confirmation and $50 Included Insurance, unless otherwise requested. International packages will also be mailed via USPS Priority Flat Rate. Fees may apply for different shipping methods.
- Once your order is placed, it will be shipped within 3-5 days.
- I am not responsible for items lost/stolen/damaged during shipping.
Returns:
